ExecVision can be installed within your Salesforce instance as a VisualForce tab. This means ExecVision users won't need to leave Salesforce in order to access business critical recordings and metrics. The VisualForce tab works in both Classic and Lightning versions.
Access the URL Link
Navigate to the following URL link to install in Salesforce production. Use this URL link to install within a Sandbox instance of Salesforce.
Select Rename conflicting components in package and Install for All Users as options.
Once the installation is complete, go to the setup menu > Build > Create > Apps. This can also be found by searching for Apps in the Quick Find box.
Select Edit next to the Apps primarily used in your organization. This can be found by looking at the top right of any Salesforce page, and finding the App that is in the blue box with a down error next to it.
Select ExecVision from the left column, then click the right arrow and check the box below.
ExecVision will now be visible as a tab for all users. Add the tab to your customized display by click the + to the right of Tabs bar, and then click Customize my Tabs. Bring ExecVision to the right (selected tabs) list by selecting ExecVision from the left side, click the Add arrow, and click Save.
Seeing a blank screen when viewing the tab in Salesforce? Make sure that the Salesforce integration is configured and your 15-digit Salesforce Id is mapped in the user portal. A configured Salesforce instance will show the Integrations table with the Salesforce ID box present.
