It is required that every ExecVision user's dialer, web conferencing or phone id is mapped in ExecVision. This empowers accurate caller-call matching and automatic recording transfer.
The standard dialers and web conferencing tools listed below require the following ids:

Reach out to your ExecVision representative if your tool is not listed. Universal Integrations have a set up that is unique to the customer and is dependent on the technology being used. Chrome Extension users do not need to input IDs.
Admins can pull the users' ids by navigating to the respective users pages within the Aircall UI and pull from the address bar.
The user id for the above example is 335569.
The users' id is the user's email address. Our system is case sensitive so it is imperative that the id matches the email address of the user. Confirm that accidental spaces and capitalizations are removed before saving.
Reach out to the ExecVision support team if you are still seeing issues with missing calls in ExecVision for specific users. It is possible that the tech's API has a different id and this will need to be confirmed in the backend.
It is important to list the user's name, email and technology when submitting a ticket to the support team. Ex: Jane Doe (email@example.com) is not seeing Zoom calls in ExecVision. This will ensure your ticket is addressed as soon as possible.
Some technologies don't have UI capabilities of accessing and pulling user ids. The only way to pull Ids is through submitting a ticket to our ExecVision support team and our engineers will pull the ids directly on the customer's behalf.
It is important to list the user's name, email and technology when submitting a ticket to the support team. Ex: Jane Doe (firstname.lastname@example.org) needs her ClearSlide id pulled to sync up her calls and data in ExecVision. This will ensure your ticket is addressed as soon as possible.
Coordinate with your FrontSpin product manager to pull the user ids. FrontSpin ids are difficult to access through the FrontSpin UI and it is recommended that reaching out to FrontSpin is the fastest route.
HubSpot administrators can access Ids by navigating to Settings > Account Defaults > Properties > Contact Information > Contact owner.
Scroll to the Dropdown options section to see the internal values (user ids) for each user.
Microsoft Dynamics Portal
Admins can pull the Ids using the same workflow described below in the Microsoft Azure Portal workflow.

Microsoft Admins can pull Azure IDs by navigating to portal.azure.com > Users > Bulk Operations > Download Users. The IDs are listed under column F named "id".
Outreach Ids can be pulled at the individual level or in bulk.
Log in as the Outreach administrator and confirm you are on the 360 view home page. Click the User dashboard icon, select the specific user and click Update.
The user is the number string after the equals sign. The Id for the below user is 1.
Log in as the Outreach administrator and navigate to Reports > More Reports. A user report can be filtered to individual users, teams, roles or everyone with an Outreach account. Click Update to save changes.
Click the Export drop-down next to the filter icon and select Export user CSV.
The User Ids are present in the first column, before User Email.
The user Id is the extension generated by the technology. Confirm there are no spaces before or after the number string to ensure accurate call and data sync into ExecVision.
The RingCentral Mailbox ID is required to sync calls and data from RingCentral into ExecVision. Log in as the RingCentral administrator and navigate to the Users tab. Filter down to the ExecVision users and select Download User List.
Open the Excel file and the Ids will be available in the first column, next to First Name.
The Salesforce Id is required for any Salesforce backend integration, data integration or VisualForce page Access. The Ids are the same for both Production and Sandbox versions of Salesforce.
Log in as the Salesforce administrator and navigate to the Reports tab. Click New Report > select Users (all fields) for report type > click Create.
Adjust the Date Field to accurately represent current employees. Under Quick Find, type and drag User ID to Report Preview. The User id must be 15 digits and have a number string that begins with 005.
