Salesforce
ExecVision can be integrated with your Salesforce instance in three ways:

- Salesforce Data Integration
- VisualForce page Access
All three Salesforce integrations require the completion of the Salesforce oAuth and the Salesforce IDs of the ExecVision users.
To complete the Salesforce oAuth, log in with your admin credentials and navigate to Settings> Integrations. Click on the Salesforce icon to the right of the red traffic light.
Sign in to your Salesforce account and follow the prompts to grant ExecVision access. Admins will be redirected back to the oAuth page. Confirm that the Salesforce oAuth is now green.
To complete the Salesforce Sandbox oAuth, log in with your admin credentials and navigate to Admin > Integrations. Click on the Salesforce Sandbox icon to the right of the traffic light.
Sign in to your Salesforce Sandbox account and follow the prompts to grant ExecVision access. Admins will be redirected back to the oAuth page. Confirm that the Salesforce Sandbox oAuth is now green. It is imperative that there are ExecVision users' calls and/or data present in Sandbox to properly test before moving to production.
Salesforce Backend Integration
This integration method leverages oAuth2.0 to connect ExecVision to your Salesforce instance, granting ExecVision access to Salesforce call recordings and data related to reps' call records.
The following Salesforce backend dialers require the Salesforce oAuth connection to pull in call recordings and default data (contact, title, company, call disposition, recording URL, etc). Additional fields can be pulled and searched in ExecVision by the admin's discretion.
- ConnectAndSell
- ConnectLeader
- Conquer (Formerly Dialsource)
- Lightning
- TalkDesk
- Truly
- XANT PowerDialer
- XANT Playbooks
Salesforce Data Integration
Salesforce oAuth can also be used to pull in secondary data from Token based integrations. The following Token based integrations have a seamless integration with Salesforce and it is recommended that customers move forward with the Salesforce oAuth to pull in additional data points if the integration between the dialer and Salesforce has been enabled:
- DialPad
- Fluentstream
- FrontSpin
- RingCentral
- Fuze
Salesforce oAuth can also be used to pull in secondary data from Universal integrations. It is recommended that the following Universal integrations move forward with the additional Salesforce data piece to make it easier to search for calls in the ExecVision platform:
- Five9
- Homegrown Dialers
- Rarer telephony solutions
An optional write component generated within ExecVision can be written back to your Salesforce instance for Salesforce backend and Salesforce data integrations. The following ExecVision fields are available in Salesforce:
- Call transcript (written to default Description field)
- URL to the call within ExecVision
- Average Call Score
- Talk-to-Listen Ratio
- Rep-to-Contact Speaker Interchange Ratio
VisualForce Tab Access
The VisualForce tab allows users to access ExecVision from within their Salesforce environment (Lightning or Classic). This eliminates the need to toggle back and forth between different programs.
The ExecVision - Salesforce package provides an ExecVision VisualForce tab, allowing the user to access the ExecVision user interface directly from Salesforce. This uses Salesforce’s ability to run external sites in an iframe. The ExecVision tab does not have any ability to view the rest of the Salesforce account.
