Types of Emails
There are 5 email types from ExecVision:
ExecVision Activity Summary: A weekly breakdown of user and manager call and coaching activity for the managers and admins.
Default: Emails from the ExecVision Support team. This includes support responses and marketing updates.
An automatic message is sent when a support message is triggered by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Filling out a form in the help center will not trigger the below automatic message but the request is saved in the support queue.
An automatic message is sent when a manually uploaded file has finished processing into ExecVision. Supported file formats can be manually uploaded from the Calls tab.
ExecVision Coaching: Notifications from scheduled coaching meetings, reminders of coaching scheduled meetings, and rescheduled coaching meetings.
ExecVision Notifications: Email notifications from Smart Alerts that have been set up by you or a team member. The below is an example of the coaching Smart Alert that notifies you if someone has coached your call.
ExecVision Share Notifications: Notifications from shared calls, both internal and external. The recipient and the sender will receive email notifications.
Note: Outreach Support Request and Scorecard Share Notification are obsolete.
How To Manage Your Emails
Select which automated emails you would like to be subscribed to by clicking Manage Email Preferences at the bottom of automated ExecVision emails. Clicking Unsubscribe From This List will unsubscribe you from the specific email group.
It is recommended you stay subscribed to all the email groups to prevent missing important notifications from managers and admins.
What To Do When You Are Not Receiving Emails
Check the below steps before escalating to the Support team. It is possible that you inadvertently unsubscribed to a subset or all email groups.
- Check to see if the email is in your spam folder. It is possible that the ExecVision email was falsely flagged as spam by your company's email programs or filter.
- Confirm you are subscribed to the email group. Go to the bottom of your most recent email from ExecVision and select Manage Email Preferences. Any unsubscribed groups will be toggled YES. To reverse and opt in to emails, toggle the group to NO.
- Confirm with your IT department that ExecVision emails are not being blocked by the email security protocols
Escalate to email@example.com once Steps 1-3 have been completed.
