Summary
All calls are presented in chronological order, with most recent call notifications at the top. Calls are grouped by the person who performed the action (sent the call, requested feedback, generated the smart alert, etc).
Filter by team member, call title or search for a specific time period by using the date filter at the top. Select Clear Filters to start search over.
Inbox Sections
There are 5 sections within the Inbox tab:
Smart Alerts: Number of unread Smart Alerts that triggered to your inbox.
Shared with Me: Number of unread calls that were shared with you, your team or department internally. External shares are not available in the inbox tab but are shared to your email.
Feedback Received: Number of your unread calls that received feedback. Feedback includes annotations (comments and highlights) and scorecards. Feedback does not include listen-only sessions.
Feedback Requested: For managers, this section indicates the number of unread calls where your direct reports have requested feedback.
Mentioned: Number of times that someone has tagged you in a comment or highlight.
In the top left of your inbox, check the box to select all messages within the notification section. In the below example, I am selecting all notifications from the Smart Alerts section. You can also select or deselect one call at a time within different the notification sections.
Any selected call can be moved to a folder, trash, marked as read or pinned for later review.
A read call is marked grey in the inbox.
Pinned calls are designed to group notifications for later review.
You can sort by unread or pinned calls at the top of the navigation bar.
