Your team makes hundreds of calls every day, but it’s nearly impossible to keep track of every conversation on the floor and monitor the requests for coaching from the reps. ExecVision’s Inbox allows end users to access a repository of conversations from:
- AI-generated notifications from our Smart Alerts feature
- Calls directly shared to your Inbox and email address
- Feedback that was received or requested
- Direct messages on Call Cards
Hover over to the Inbox tab to access the repository of incoming and outgoing messages. Any unread messages from Smart Alerts, shared calls, feedback received/requested, and mentions will show a green circle next to the Inbox tab.
The Inbox tab includes the following sections:
Inbox - Navigation: Search and view calls that have been shared, requested coaching or automatically generated from Smart Alerts. Pin or mark conversations as unread for view later.
Interacting with the Call: Annotate and score a call right from the Inbox tab.
Create Smart Alert or Folder: Stay organized by adding calls to a folder or create a Smart Alert to follow up on trends or events.
Outbox: Review outgoing messages from answered feedback requests, shares and calls where you specifically requested coaching.
