Smart Alert
ExecVision’s Smart Alerts keeps you up-to-date on coachable moments and performance trends. Notifications are customizable and configurable, allowing you to quickly identify areas of opportunity and take action.
Any users, regardless of role, can access and create new Smart Alerts from Inbox or Settings tab.
The platform leverages a number of parameters to trigger a Smart Alert. Feedback added to a conversation or a web conference, or a call being processed in ExecVision will kick off the trigger system to notify the creator or owner of the Smart Alert.
Select Create Smart Alert to create a brand new alert.
There are two steps in creating a Smart Alert: Setting up the Trigger and determining the Alert Type.
Folder
Manage your influx of notifications by using folders to archive, star or delete calls in Inbox. Existing folders can be present in the left hand tab below Create a Smart Alert.
Select Create Folder to create a new folder for Inbox calls. Give the folder a name and then click Create.
Add new calls to a folder by selecting a call. Multiple calls that are both read and unread can be selected at once. Select the call(s) and click Move to folder.
Choose the folder and click Save.
A reminder of the number of newly added calls will be specified next to the folder name.
The calls will be visible in the corresponding section. Navigate around the Folder section or interactive with the call.
Calls that are moved to Trash can be found in the Trash folder. Select Empty Trash to permanently erase the calls from the Inbox tab. These calls can still be found in the Calls tab, depending on your viewing permissions.
