Descriptive information provides insight to the recipient for why the call was shared.
Inbox Header
There are 5 columns in the header:
"The Who" (1st column): The person that shared, triggered, requested, annotated or mentioned you on the call in question. Descriptive information for why the call was shared or what action took place is also included in this column.
For Smart Alerts, click on the call and select Why Was I Notified? The pop-up includes the condition and rule that triggered this notification. You can turn off the notification by clicking on the green circle or permanently unsubscribe from the Smart Alert.
"The What" (2nd column): The call sent to Inbox. All descriptive information comes from the 1st and 2nd line of the Call Card. This information includes the title and the date/time of the call.
"The When" (3rd column): The date the call was forwarded to your inbox.
"Share" (4th column): Share a call back to the sender or to another recipient. Internal Shares (typing in someone's name) will appear in the recipient's Inbox. External shares (typing in email address) will share the call to the recipient's email.
"Pin" (5th column): Save the call for a later review. All pinned calls can be viewed by toggling on Pinned Only.
Inbox Body
Click anywhere between columns 1-3 to open up the call card. Play the call, leave annotations and add calls to the library. The delete button for admins is not visible in the Inbox tab. Calls can be removed from the Calls tab.
Calls shared with just the highlights will render the entire call unplayable except for the highlighted portion within the Inbox tab.
Below the bowling lanes is the Call History, a list of users that have performed some action on the call. The list of users is listed in descending chronological order with the most recent action at the top.
The history table is broken down by the last activity date, the user, and the action the user took on the call.
Highlighted events indicate the specific action the user took on the call. There are 7 possible actions and each review has the following information:
Share: The person who shared the call, the date the call was shared and the reason for sharing.
Smart Alert: The user that owns the alert, the rule that triggered alert, and the date the call was triggered.
Comment: The user that left the comment(s), the content of the comment(s), the location of the comment in seconds, and the date the comment(s) were left. Hovering over the comment in Call History will automatically show the placement of the comment in the bowling lane.
Highlight: The user the left the highlight(s), the content of the highlight(s), the location of the highlight in seconds, and the date the comment(s) were left. Hovering over the highlight in Call History will automatically show the placement of the highlight in the bowling lane.
Scorecard: The user that left the scorecard, the scorecard name and the numerical grade left.
Listen %: The percentage the user listened to on the call.
Coaching Requested: The user that requested feedback on the call.
