Smart Assistant is the official name of the pop-up window that prompts end users to perform tasks related to Coaching Plans on the platform. Smart Assistant acts as a "to-do list", making it easier for coaches and recipients to complete the review preparation before the scheduled meeting.
Smart Assistant follows the end-user in the Calls tab to ensure completion of all the required steps for review prep (adding calls, leaving comments and scores).
Managers can activate Smart Assistant under Dashboards > Summary > Coaching Meetings > Pending Your Action. Coaching recipients will be able to activate coaching plans under the Pending Rep column.
Hover over to the coaching session and select Open Coaching ToDo List.
The Smart Assistant pop-up will guide the end user to the recipient's calls in the Calls tab.
The Smart Assistant pop-up details the name of the plan and the coach. You can minimize the pop up at any time to complete the required tasks or exit the pop up completely. Exiting the pop up will need to be reactivated in Dashboards again.
Click Add to Plan to add a call to a coaching session.
Complete the review preparation. Completed tasks are indicated by a green check mark.
You can add additional calls to coaching plans if needed. All completed prep work will move the tile to the next stage in the Coaching Meetings widget. Sessions in the Upcoming (Ready) column have completed all requirements from both the coach and the recipient and are ready for the meeting.
