Dashboards provide closed-loop reporting on sales conversation quality and coaching effectiveness. The Dashboard represents “Mission Control,” where key data points and metrics are stored to help the end-user navigate to a tailored call to action within the rest of the platform.
The Manager Dashboard answers critical questions to monitor the health of an organization:
- How does my team rank against each other on critical skills and conversation metrics?
- Is individual rep performance improving over time?
- What calls does the platform recommend that I review for coaching or other feedback for the greatest ROI?
Hover over to the Dashboard tab to access metrics. The tabs within Dashboards are available to managers that have manager role type and the default Coach Designation enabled. If Coach Designation is disabled, the manager's coaching metrics will not be tracked under Dashboards. The data available is also tied to a managers’ viewing permissions
The Dashboard includes the following tabs:
Summary: A top-level summary of unread or incomplete feedback requests, an outline of upcoming Coaching Plan meetings and a list of Team Rankings.
Call Activity: Highlights the metrics behind conversations and a running team average for each metric.
Coaching: See how much activity the manager has committed when it comes to coaching over a given period of time.
Libraries: A count of the number of calls that were added to a Library over a period of time.
