Dashboards provide closed-loop reporting on sales conversation quality and coaching effectiveness.
The Dashboard represents “Mission Control,” where key data points and metrics are stored to help the end user navigate to a tailored call to action within the rest of the platform.
The Executive Dashboard answers critical questions to monitor the health of an organization:
- Are the managers actually coaching?
- Who are the managers coaching and are they coaching the correct people?
- How effective is the coaching?
- What are the biggest skill gaps?
Hover over to the Dashboard tab to access metrics. The tabs within Dashboards are available to execs that have admin role type and the default Coach Designation enabled. If Coach Designation is disabled, the executive's coaching metrics will not be tracked under Dashboards. The data available is also tied to an admin’s viewing permissions.
The Dashboard includes the following tabs:
Summary: An overview of metrics that provides the exec with the overarching theme of coaching and how it affects call activity.
Coaching: See how much activity the manager has committed when it comes to coaching over a given period of time.
Call Activity: Shows visibility into call volume and provides a talk:listen breakdown by rep.
Smart Alerts: A count of the number of Smart Alerts notifications by the Rule.
Libraries:A count of the number of calls that were add to a Library over a period of time.
