ExecVision comes preloaded with optional out-of-the-box smart alerts to get you started.
These alerts are specified based off of role and broken down by tags. Managers own 10 out-of-the-box alerts, admins own 4 out-of-the-box alerts and users have own 2 out-of-the box alerts.
There are total of 12 out-of-the box alerts.
Manager Smart Alerts
Quality Tag

If a call is longer than 5 minutes and the rep speaks more than 65% of total talk time, email their manager.
This alert will appear in the manager's inbox and is owned by every manager who manages a team.

In a two-week period, if a rep’s average number of interchanges per minute on calls is <2, notify their manager.
This alert will appear in the manager's inbox and is owned by every manager who manages a team.

Email me if the number of calls over 3 minutes where a rep establishes ‘Next Steps’ dips below 50% in a 1-week period.
