The 4th tab shows the rep's progress in skills over a specified date range in the drop-down menu. The metrics pulled are based off of the coaching sessions within the Coaching tab.
Each circle hotspot represents a coaching session. Hover over the dot to see the date of the score, the average score and the number of scores contributing to the average.
The default view shows skills scored by the rep's manager. If the manager hasn't scored the call, the rep's view will show All Scores in the drop-down.
The Skills on the left side of the graph can be sorted using the Skills dropdown. By default, the Skills are listed best to worst scored.
Coaching Plans (12 Months)
The table below lists all coaching plans for the prior 12 months. This includes both active and complete meetings from ad-hoc, coaching meeting types and default coaching meetings.
Click View Plan to access the coaching session. Select the Plan drop down to view a specific plan. Completed plans will specify (Complete) in parenthesis and the most recent plans are at the top of the list.
Once you've selected a Coaching Plan, a chart shows the progress over time towards the goal of the plan. Coaching sessions are measured against the progress trajectory (dotted line) established for that specific skill.
In the below example, the goal that the coach and rep established for “Value Prop” was 54%. In the month of November, Reed saw a slight dip in performance but eventually met plan's goal.
The legend/key to the right of the graph is populated based on the parameters set in the initial Coaching Plan set up.
For plans with multiple skills being addressed, select the radial button beside Show Skill above the chart to see progress on the 2nd skill.
The list of calls selected for each review meeting, the feedback and scores rep received for each call during the session, and general comments from the meeting are listed in the table below.
