Reps can interact with Coaching Plans outside the Coaching tab in the Calls tab
Call Card Coaching Menu
Reps have the ability to add calls to a coaching plan from the My Calls area on the Calls tab, as well as to request coaching on a specific call.
Click on the Request Coaching button to access the coaching menu.
Reps have the following options:
Add to Coaching Plan
Click Add to Coaching Plan to add a specific call to an existing coaching plan.
The call will automatically be added to the review meeting page after selecting Add. In order to see the call in the Coaching Plan, you will need to navigate to the Coaching Plan in the Coaching tab and select Next Review Meeting.
Ask for feedback on a specific call by clicking Request Coaching. This will automatically switch the language above the Coach This Call button to Coaching Requested.
The coaching button changes to Coaching Provided when other ExecVision users leave feedback on the call.
Calls can also be added to existing coaching plans through the Sharing button within the Action Panel. Select Share to access the Coaching Plan pop-up.
The Coaching Plan section will only be available if the rep has active coaching plans.
Choose the related Coaching Plan and click Share. The call will automatically be added to the review meeting page within the specified Coaching Plan.
