The right-side of a rep's dashboard contains the reminder of the next coaching session within the plan. In addition, calendar invites are sent to the rep and coach before each review session to ensure adequate prep time.
Reminders will provide information on how many calls, annotations and/or scorecards must be completed before the upcoming coaching session.
Add Calls for Coaching Review
Click Add Call and type in a call identifier like contact, account name or phone number to search for a specific call. The metadata available is dependent on the data available from your CRM or phone system. Select the desired call to add it to the plan.
For plans with more than one skill being coached, you will also need to select which skill that call addresses.
Confirm that the call is associated with the correct skill and then select Done.
