Coaching Plans have built-in scheduling that populates reminders in a rep’s dashboard about upcoming sessions. Calendar invites will also be sent to the rep(s) and the coach after a plan is created if specified in the Meeting Type widget.
Reminders will provide information on how many calls, annotations and/or scorecards must be completed before each coaching session. Click on the underlined alerts to add calls or complete the required annotations for the coaching session.
Click Add Call or type in a call identifier like contact, account name or phone number to search for a specific call. The metadata available is dependent on the data available from your dialer, phone system or conference bridge. Select the call’s associated skill, and select Select.
Confirm that the call is associated with the correct skill and then select Done.
The goal marker will show the remaining requirements needed from either the coach or rep for the next coaching session.
Select Begin Review to access and start the coaching session.
Select Modify to reschedule the coaching session. Adjust the meeting time, the location or the coach.
Click Done to save your rescheduled meeting. An email with the revised meeting will be sent to both the coach and rep with RESCHEDULED in the subject line.
