Coaching Plans have built-in scheduling that populates reminders in a rep’s dashboard about upcoming sessions. Calendar invites will also be sent to the rep(s) and the coach after a plan is created.
Reminders will provide information on how many calls, annotations and/or scorecards must be completed before each coaching session. Click on the underlined alerts to add calls or complete the required annotations for the coaching session.
Type in a call identifier like contact, account name or phone number to search for a specific call. The metadata available is dependent on the data available from your dialer, phone system or conference bridge. Select the call’s associated skill, and select Select.
Confirm that the call is associated with the correct skill and then select Done.
The goal marker will disappear once all requirements are fulfilled for the next coaching session.
The reminder widgets can be found on the coaching dashboard or when an executive or manager clicks into a specific rep’s Coaching Plan.
