Search for custom fields by selecting Advanced Search next to the Basic Search widget. Fields will populate on the left hand side, which can be married together to get a specific view of a subset of calls.
The below example searches for all "No" calls where feedback was requested over the last 7 days.
See Advanced Search Filters for an overview of all available standard filters.
Sort by Date or Relevance
Sort by Relevance or Date once the search is finalized. Relevance speaks to the amount of times a certain criteria surfaced within calls - for example, if we search by Call Content filter, which examines the call transcription, top ranking results will have more instances of the word/phrase being searched against.
Selecting Date will sort the calls in descending order - by most recent calls to older. The default setting is Relevance.
Trend/Pivot
Use Trend/Pivot table to see how reps are using words over time in relation to different types of calls. This is helpful in instances where management wants to track messaging over time. Track instances where an SDR asks for decision-makers in a scheduled meeting by using the Keyword/Topics and Outcome filter.
Click Advanced Search to set multiple parameters. The below Keyword/Topic example is searching against transcription and looking for instances where "decision" is specified on calls. See Keywords and Transcription for more information on ExecVision's transcription models.
Add an additional filter like Call Outcomes to include a scheduled meeting value. The example provided below is looking at ExecVision's internal Call Stage value, which is pulled directly from the XANT dialer.
Select the Trend button next to Advanced Search to run a trend report against the filters put into place. This report is showing 263 calls in the last year where the word "decision" was said and the outcome of the call was a scheduled meeting.
Run a Pivot against Keyword/Topic, to get an aggregate of calls where "decision" was not specified in the call, yet still resulted in a scheduled meeting. The orange line is showing a high-level view of the entire sample size. Hover over the lines to determine the effects of messaging over time.
