To the right of the Conversations widget, managers can see how the teams' strengths and weaknesses compare with other teams within the organization.
We pull these metrics directly from scorecard skills, which are specified by the admin in the admin portal build.
At a glance, managers can identify skills that the team is struggling with compared to the average. In the above example, Rachel's team is performing below average in providing value to their prospects. My next move as a manager would to schedule a team meeting to focus on improving this specific skill set.
Managers have access to any library folder that has been personally created or shared to them under the Team Libraries widget.
See the number of calls that have been recently added and the total count. The Library acts as a repository of best practices that can be shared with individuals, teams or whole departments.
