The Strengths & Weaknesses by Rep widget allows the managers to quickly see how reps are doing with team based skills over a given period of time. This heat map is directly linked to the team's use of scorecards. Admins can adjust skills for each scorecard in the admin build.
At a glance, I can identify reps that are struggling with a particular skill. In the above example, Ben is struggling with addressing common challenges. My next move as a manager would to schedule 1-on 1 with Ben and tailor the conversation to focus on improving that specific skill set.
Click into Parameters to narrow down to the reps' self-review or to a specific scorecard. The default search parameter is 4 weeks. Click into the calendar widget to adjust the data pull to 7 days, 2 weeks or 3 weeks.
Hover over a rep's name on the y-axis or a specific skill on the x-axis and select the graph icon to access trends over time. In the below view, the 'Lead In' skill is being selected.
The graph identifies all the reps scores associated with the 'Lead In' skill. The x-axis is the month and the y-axis identifies the scorecard score out of 100 percent.
Hover over the rep legend or scorecard line to narrow down the view to a particular rep. In the below view for example, an admin is able to see that Chris has seen an increase in Lead In score over the last few months. Chris's manager should monitor this skill in their next 1on1 to see if this trend continues.
Hover over the dot to see the number of scorecards filled out for that skill and the score average over a specific day.
