The faint columns break down the call sections into quarters. The orange variations denote the managers' coaching compared to the blue variations. The blue variations denote how other leaders coach the same call type.
For the below example, in instances where the sales development rep was hit with a firm "No" when attempting to schedule a meeting, this manager is coaching the first half of the call for this particular call type. The other managers within the prospecting function are predominantly coaching the middle section of these calls. This gives managers visibility into how their peers are managing the same type of call across the whole sales development department.
