ExecVision now offers visualization reports to both executives and managers. Access to a specific dashboard is dependent on role. Admins (executives) will have a high level view of what is going on at the company.
The Stats tab will be the first thing you see when you log into ExecVision. Within the first section, admins will have visibility into how teams are stacking up against one another when it comes to call coaching and skill development. All managers are ranked against one another to give an ExecVision admin visibility into who is the most active in terms of developing their team's skills through call coaching.
Run a quick search against call transcription or metadata under Call Search. Admins will also have access to existing call reports through the Saved Search drop-down as well as a quick snapshot of recent calls made by the organization.
There are 3 main sections of the Admin Dashboard:
1. Manager Coaching Activity: See how much activity the manager has committed when it comes to coaching over a given period of time.
2. Conversation Health: Visually see the team's conversation health from a specific day.
3. Strengths and Weaknesses by Team: This skills based heat map quickly tells a team's strengths and weaknesses over a given period of time.
