Turning on Call Recording
Call recording must be enabled in Truly for calls to flow into ExecVision. Truly recording can be turned on through the Users or Phone Menu tab.
Call recording can be activated at the individual level under the Users tab or for an entire User Role under the Users > Roles Tab.
To select individual users, hover over to the Users tab and type in a rep's name in the upper right-hand search box. Select "Yes" in the drop-down menu, under Record Calls.
To select an entire user role, hover over to the Roles tab within the Users section and click into that specific role. Check Record Calls and click Save.
Call recording can be activated on a 'Call Forwarding' action. Hover over to Phone Menu and select Add Option then Forward Call.
Name a switchboard call of action (Invoicing, Support, Sales, etc), add the user(s) and select Record incoming calls. Click Save when complete.
