Admin Activity Email
Admins will receive an overview of the following information:
Manager Ranked By Coaching Activity: The ranking of all the team managers based on the percentage of total time spent coaching. The percent is generated from converting scores into a percent of all managers combined scores. The scores are based on number of seconds listened to by the manager, the number of comments left by the manager, the length of the comments, and the number of calls scored.
This shows which managers are coaching their teams. Utilize Dashboards to see the effectiveness of that coaching compared to the volume you see in the activity summary emails.
Department: The break down of coaching activity for each department, team and individual manager. This includes the number of calls that have been shared, annotated, listened, and requested coaching during the past week.
This is a representation of team and manager activity for the week. Admins can hold teams and managers accountable if a decrease in weekly activity correlates to a decrease in rep performance.
Manager Activity Email
Managers will receive an overview of the following information:
Team Activity: The ranking of your team members based on call activity. This volume excludes calls that have been rejected for being too short (under the duration threshold set by the admins).
Use this chart to determine who needs be the focus of next week's training. This could be in 1:1 sessions or in the creation of coaching plans within the ExecVision platform.
Self-Review Activity: The ranking of your reps based on the amount of self-review done by your reps on their own calls.
Utilize this chart to determine if reps are worth the time to coach. Low-engaging reps encompasses:
- high-performing reps that don't need coaching
- poor-performing reps that don't respond to coaching
Managers should utilize the Team Rankings in dashboards to get a more detailed breakdown of high performance vs low engagement.
