The 6th and final tab shows the rep's most recent calls within the last week. This mini-snapshot shows:
- Number of Calls Placed per day
- Average minutes spent on the phone per day
- Percentage of conversations the rep had vs the previous day
When you click anywhere on the metric card, all of the rep's calls from the day will populate. Selecting the blue arrow will bring up the call recording itself, including Call Details and activity.
If a call is missing a specific field like company or call state, then the rep did not log that value in their dialer or CRM.
