Dashboards provide closed-loop reporting on sales conversation quality and coaching effectiveness. The Dashboard represents “Mission Control,” where key data points and metrics are stored to help the end user navigate to a tailored call to action within the rest of the platform.
The Rep Dashboard (under the Stats page) helps reps understand their activity and performance stacks up against KPIs and team averages.
- Average call scores along with a comparison to their team average
- Conversation activity, including talk:listen ratio, total call duration, average call duration, and interchanges per minute
- Self-review and peer coaching activity
- Coaching received by manager and other coaches
The Stats tab is the default setting when a rep logs into ExecVision.
There are six sections of Rep Profile:
Summary: A snapshot of the rep's conversational style as well as trends in average call score.
Call Activities: The rep's call volume over the stated period as compared to the rep's team members.
Review Activities: The rep's activity over the stated period as compared to the rep's team members.
Coaching Plans: Shows the rep's progress in skills from created Coaching Plans.
Coaching Received: Documents the manager's activity on the rep's calls over the stated period as compared to the manager's coaching with other reps.
Calls: The rep's most recent calls within the last week.
