The 5th tab shows the manager’s activity on the rep’s calls over the stated period as compared to the manager’s coaching with other rep’s calls. Clicking From others within the tab will expose any coaching the rep has received from other people, not named their manager.
Each data point compares the rep’s activity to the team max and the team average. We pull the following metrics:
Calls Listened To: total number of calls listened to by your manager.
Average of Each Call Listened To: average percentage of calls listened to by your manager.
Comments Created: number of comments left on calls by your manager.
Calls Added to Shared Libraries: number of calls added to library by your manager.
Scorecards Completed: number of scorecards left by your manager.
The pie chart to the right provides how much coaching activity is being allocated to different members of the team.
