The 3rd tab shows the rep's activity over the stated period as compared to the rep's team members. Clicking Other review within the tab will expose any coaching the rep has done on other people's calls. This is helpful when tracking peer-to-peer coaching metrics.
Each data point compares the rep's activity to the team max and the team average. We pull the following metrics:
Calls Listened To: total number of calls listened to by the rep.
Average of Each Call Listened To: average percentage of calls listened to by the rep..
Comments Created: number of comments left on calls by the rep.
Calls Added To Shared Libraries: number of calls added to library by the rep.
Scorecards Completed: number of scorecards left by the rep.
