If call recording is enabled, you will have the option to record your calls and download them once they have been logged in Outreach.
Downloading Call Recordings
1. Click into the call overview page from the left hand navigation panel
2. On the "View & Filters" page, scroll down to "Recordings" and click the checkbox next to the "Recorded" option
3. To download the call recording, click the play button, found on the right side of the logged call.
4. A separate tab will open up of the recording; click the vertical three dots and then select download.
