ExecVision Admins: You’re In Control
The time has come where you no longer have to email our Support Team every time you want to make a change to your user list or integrations. Admins now have the ability to update ExecVision users and manage teams/departments through the User and Team Dashboards. Admins can also send new users Welcome Emails and manage integrations all from one place. Keep an eye out all the other Admin Portal tools that will be released throughout the year. We. just. can’t. stop. It’s finally here and it’s going to change your life. We’ll be rolling out FULL TRANSCRIPTION to all of our customers. Listen to your calls, check out the transcription and send us a screenshot if it’s something really funny. Laughing is good for you, right? This feature is in beta so please keep in mind that we’ll continue to improve it over the next few months!
Diarization - Who Said What?
Knowing who said what and when in calls is one of the key features of ExecVision. We’ve released better identification of who the first speaker is on a call for your recordings moving forward. AKA you’ll have to use the arrows on the call card way less.
Search all the words... We dare you
That’s right, in the keyword search bar you can now search for a full phrase. Go to one of your calls, search for a phrase, and then click enter. Be prepared to have your mind blown. On top of that, searching for keywords is no longer case sensitive. Upper Case... lower case.. We’ll find what you’re looking for.
We taught ExecVision a new trick… Identifying silence on the talk tracks. Excuse us while we nerd out for a moment!! We applied this to your past, present AND future calls because silence is golden. Basically, the vertical dotted lines on the talk tracks now show you periods of silence in the call. Check it out and let us know what you think!

Previously there was a bug where users couldn’t see all the calls that had been shared with them in the Shared With Me section. This issue has been resolved and users can see all the calls that live within this section again. Share away!
Did you ever notice how you had to refresh your page after re-syncing a call with your CRM? Now after a user Cloud Syncs, the Call Card will refresh automatically.
