In addition to sharing to users with known ExecVision licenses, we can also share to an email address. This is for instances when you want to share a call to a distribution list or to a prospect.
Click the Share button on the Action Panel.
Share with
Type in someone's email address and select Add [email address]. This will trigger Content to Share and External Share security parameters.
Why are you sharing this call?
Include a quick note within the comments box to explain why the call is being shared. Any comments included in this window will appear in the email notification once the Share button is selected.
Content to Share
Share the full recording or snip-its by selecting Highlights. Focus the recipient's attention on what matters most by only sharing relevant Highlights.
For example, your product team will care about product feedback but may want to ignore irrelevant highlights like intro or common challenge. Selecting Highlights will trigger another drop down that will allow you to select your specific highlights.
You can only share your own highlights of the call. If you haven't left highlights, the content to share module will not appear on the sharing view.
Sharing highlights will render the entire call unplayable except for the highlighted portion.
Email sharing settings
Include comments and highlights from other users: include other ExecVision users' comments and highlights if relevant to the external share.

Expire Access: Assign an expiration date to your shared recording to limit the amount of time recipients have to the recording. Click the calendar icon on the right to select a date in MM-DD-YYYY format.
Clicking on the external link within the email will generate a unique URL that can be shared to prospects via email.
NOTE: Encrypted accounts are not able to externally share calls.
NOTE: Calls shared externally via email address will not appear in the Inbox tab. Please see Sharing - Internally for more information on the Inbox tab.
