The Library is a repository of recordings that can be used for onboarding or training purposes. The idea behind libraries is to ensure that reps have access to an organization's "best calls" so they can replicate messaging and techniques for their own learning experience. All end users have the ability to create a library but can only share libraries if permissions are set by the admin in the Settings tab. Sharing permissions are based off of the end user's viewing permissions.
Click on the Library tab to access your view of Library folders. Search, browse and create libraries within this tab.
Adding Calls to Existing Libraries
Calls can be added to exiting libraries through the Call Card. Open up the call and select the Library button within the Action Panel.
Select a Library and associated tags for the specific call. The Library is the overarching theme of the best practice folder and the associated tags drill down to the specific topics. A Library will have to be added in the Library tab if not visible in the drop-down within the Call Card. Begin typing in the associated tags and select from the drop-down. Multiple tags can be selected per Library. End-users with the Create Tag permission for this library will have the ability to add new tags If the tag does not exist. Click on the illuminated blue plus sign (+) to the right of the tag to create the new topic.
Saved topics will be displayed at the bottom of the Tags field.
Add the full recording or snip-its by selecting Add Selected Highlights. Focus the listener's attention on what matters most by only offering relevant Highlights to view in the Library folder.You can only select your own highlights of the call.
Onboarding reps may be focusing their attention on mastering the Library functionality and may find other parts of the call irrelevant or distracting to the learning process. Selecting Highlights will trigger another drop down that will allow you to select your specific highlights.
Click Add to Library to finalize the call to Library sync. The associated tags will be visible in front of the Call Card.
Selecting the tag on the Call Card will take you to a list of calls under that tag.
Selecting highlights will render the entire call unplayable except for the highlighted portion within the Library tab.
