Basic Search
Use basic search to quickly look for a specific call. Type in a word in the search bar and hit enter. A running list of every conversation where that world is specified will populate in the Recording Timeline. In the below example, searching for all calls where "Stone" yields 1387 results.
Narrow down your search even further by selecting an option in the basic search drop-down menu.
The Basic Search options include:
- Caller: a specific rep's calls
- Contact: the buyer or prospect
- Phone: the contact's phone number (Only available upon request contact your CSM for details)
- Company: the prospect's company
- Campaign: the type of call
- Keywords: words spoken within calls
The 1387 search results encompasses any time "Stone" populated in a conversation, whether that was specified in the caller, contact, company, keywords or annotations. Selecting "Company" will narrow down the search to 77 results, making it easier to find a call faster.
To search for custom fields, click Advanced Search to activate a search sidebar.
Sort by Date or Relevance
Sort by Relevance or Date once the search is finalized. Relevance speaks to the amount of times a certain criteria surfaced within calls - for example, if we search by Contact in Basic Search, top ranking results will have more instances of the word being searched against.
Selecting Date will sort the calls in descending order - by most recent calls to older. The default setting is Relevance.
