Click Upload Call next to Advanced Search to manually upload recordings. You can upload the following file types into ExecVision: wav, mp3, mpeg, wmv, wma, mp4, webm, arf, gsm, m4a, au, snd. The maximum file size is 500 MB.
Click "Skip speaker identification" for instances where there is only one voice on the call. Selecting this will skip the diarization process and upload your calls faster. Drag the recording into the pop-up box or browse your computer to select the desired recording.
The recording will be ready to download when the blue line has loaded completely and the file name appears above Call Title. Give your recording a Contact/Call Title and select the blue check box when complete.
The recording will surface in the platform after 30 minutes of processing time. You will receive an email from support@execvision.io once the recording is in ExecVision.
