Share wins or share calls to clients by clicking Share on the Action Panel.
All calls shared internally will ping the recipient via email and land in the recipient's Inbox tab within ExecVision. Recipients receiving an external share will receive an email with the external link but the recording won't appear in the Inbox tab.
It is important to note that Encrypted accounts are only able to share calls internally.
Both the sender and the recipient will receive emails saying a call has been shared, regardless if it is an internal or external share.
Calls can also be added to existing coaching plans through Sharing. Select Sharing within the Action Panel to access the Coaching Plan pop-up.
The Coaching Plan section will only be available if the coach has created an existing plan for the specific rep.
Choose the related Coaching Plan and click Share. The call will automatically be added to the review meeting page within the specified Coaching Plan.
