The Recording Timeline is the first view you see within the Calls tab. Here you can view recordings made by you, your team, or company - depending on user permissions and configuration set by your administrator.
The Recording Timeline displays a running list of all available recordings, sorted by relevance or date. Relevance speaks to the amount of times a certain criteria surfaced within calls. Selecting Date will sort the calls in descending order - by most recent calls at the top. The default settings is Relevance.
Select the Upload icon next to Sort by to manually upload recordings. You can upload the following file types: wav, mp3, mpeg, wmv, wma, mp4, webm, arf, gsm, m4a, au, snd. The maximum file size is 500 MB. See Uploading calls for more information.
Click the Refresh icon next to Upload to refresh the page. Integration syncs are pre scheduled - this means if you ended a call 1 minute ago, the call will be available the next time your integration runs.
