Using Keywords with Split Audio-Track
Next time you search for keywords, you’ll be able to tell who said what by referencing the audio waves with the keyword diamond. For example, the below screenshot shows us that the contact was discussing their “needs.”
Note: Since this feature relies on voice patterns, the separation is not 100% accurate if speakers sound similar, if more than two speakers are on the line, or if there is background noise.
