Email Notifications when Annotations are left
Now, when comments or highlights are left on a recording, the owner of that call (the employee who made the call) will receive an email notification to let them know.
The notification is sent an hour after the Call Card has been closed – this tells us the review session has been completed and to alert the recording owner.
If a user is missing a profile photo, their avatar now displays their initials and a randomly assigned color.
Every recording is transcribed to pick up the words most commonly said in the conversation. You can now search for specific words from the keyword drop-down menu within Call Cards.
Simply type a word into the keyword bar to search the full transcription. Click on the word to reveal where it was said in the call.
Time Markers in the Player
Within an expanded Call Card, you can now see markers that denote the time. This will give you a point of reference when clicking into a part of the conversation.
Call Card Customization
You can now customize the information that appears on the front of Call Cards. This can help you know – at a glance – what the call was about.
Have words that are important to your sales cycle? Want to see when competitor names or filler words are used? You can now customize the keywords that appear at the top of your keyword drop-down menu within Call Cards.
Know who is Leaving Feedback - Bowling Lane Rollover
Ever find yourself wondering who left that comment on your call? You can now hover over avatars to see who left annotations.
