Split Audio-Track for All Recordings
Using voice recognition, we’re now separating speakers allowing you to see how much the caller is speaking versus the prospect. This will help you identify the talk time ratio (Ghizlaine spoke 53% of the time) in addition to attributing keywords to the right speaker.
Using Keywords with Split Audio-Track
Next time you search for keywords, you’ll be able to tell who said what by referencing the audio waves with the keyword diamond. For example, the below screenshot shows us that the contact was discussing their “needs.”
Note: Since this feature relies on voice patterns, the separation is not 100% accurate if speakers sound similar, if more than two speakers are on the line, or if there is background noise.
