Icon Notification Update on Call Card
You’ll now see refreshed icons displayed on the front of Call Cards. The count now updates in real time – meaning as soon as you annotate or leave a scorecard, the count will change.
Right-Click to Comment
Within an expanded Call Card, you can now right click to leave comments at a faster rate. This will also give the annotator a point of reference when commenting on the call.
Users will now be able to identify an annotator by hovering over highlights and comments. The name of the annotator will be next to the time stamp and above the annotation.
ExecVision Tab in Salesforce - Updated
You have the option to add ExecVision as a tab in Salesforce. If you currently have the web tab installed, please update the URL to point to the updated link below.
NOTE: The below can only be performed by Salesforce administrators.
To install, click the following link:
Under the Options Section, select Rename Conflicting Components in Package and Install for All Users. Once installation is complete, navigate to Apps in the set-up menu of SalesForce.
Select Edit next to Apps to organize your tabs.
Select ExecVision from the left column, click the right arrow and then check the box below.
