Share wins or send client feedback to everyone within the business. Once a call has been identified for additional feedback, the next move is to share the call internally to someone with an ExecVision account.
Click the first option, Share, on the Action Panel to share a call.
Start typing in someone's name, team or department and a tool-tip will appear for this requested entity. You can input and select as many users as needed. There isn't a character limit and all internal calls will land in a user's Inbox.
The I'm Requesting Feedback field will only populate below the comments box if you are sharing your own call. Toggle on to request coaching.
This will automatically switch No Coaching to Coaching Requested on the Call Card.
Why are you sharing this call?
Adding a note to the comments box is required to explain why the call is being shared. Any comments included in this window will appear in the email and Inbox notification once the Share button is selected.
Content to share
Share the full recording or snip-its by selecting Highlights. Focus the recipient's attention on what matters most by only sharing relevant Highlights.
For example, your product team will care about product feedback but may want to ignore irrelevant highlights like intro or common challenge. Selecting Highlights will trigger another drop down that will allow you to select your specific highlights.
You can only share your own highlights of the call. If you haven't left highlights, the highlights drop down will be blank.
Sharing highlights will render the entire call unplayable except for the highlighted portion within the Inbox tab.
By selecting the COACHING PLAN tab you can share a call to an active coaching plan to have the call added to the review meeting page, so you can listen to it in the coaching session.
Any call that has been internally shared is housed in the Inbox tab on the top navigation bar.
Pin for review later or move calls to a best practices folder or to the trash. Any calls shared to users, departments or teams will appear in the Outbox section within the Inbox tab.
An email notification is sent to both the recipient and the sender of the call. The recipient receives the person who has shared the call, call information and the sender's message. Click on the link and a new browser tab will open up to view the call in ExecVision.
Calls shared externally via email address will not appear in the Inbox tab. See Sharing - Externally for more information.
