To search for a specific call or subset of calls:
- Click the three vertical dots at the upper right hand corner and select Search Calls.
2. Filter calls by Date Range, Function/Team and Employee. You can use multiple filters in a single search.
Note: If you normally only have access to your own calls on the desktop version, you will not be able to view other team members calls via the Function/Team or Employee filters.
3. Once you have selected your desired filters, search Search.
Note: Your filters will appear at the top of your recording timeline. If you would like to make changes to your search, select Refine Search.
