When you expand a Call Card, you’ll have new ways to interact with the recording within your Action Panel. This can be found on the right-hand side of the Call Card. These options include:
1. Share: Clicking this button will allow you to share the recording to members of your team, your manager or externally to your prospects.
2. Highlight: This action allows you to annotate important segments of the call
3. Comment: Clicking this button allows you to leave questions and additional insights within the call
4. Scorecard: This action empowers you to assign a numerical grade to a call and track progress over time
5. Library: This is essentially your team’s Hall of Fame, where other users can access and listen to the best calls
6. Transcript: This is where you can access the full transcription. This is only available to you when the call has been fully transcribed by our transcription engine.
7. Delete: Admins have the ability to delete calls from ExecVision. This feature is only available to those with admin permissions.
