Comments allow you to ask pointed questions or give additional insight into the conversation. Comments can be shared via External Share but aren't searchable in either Basic or Advanced Search.
Open up the Call Card to access the Comment function. There are two ways to leave Comments on a call.
#1: Move the cursor to the spot of the Comment and click Comment in the Action Panel.
Add a comment once the pop-up appears. There are no character limits to leaving Comments. Click the blue check box to save the Comment.
Hover over the comment to view the annotation.
#2: Move your mouse to your personal bowling lane and right-click into the lane. The same pop-up from the first method of leaving a Comment will appear. Click the blue check box to save the comment.
Deleting or Editing a personal Comment is the same for both methods. Click the Comment once and select the grey trashcan if you would like to delete the Comment or click the blue check mark to save edits.
@Tagging / Mentioned
Typing in the "@" symbol will generate a user selector pop up. Similar to Slack, you can mention people in comments and they will receive a notification to their Inbox > Mentioned section.
Admins and Managers - Deleting Comments
Users with Admin and Manager permissions can delete other users' Comments. This feature is not available to users with User permissions.
To delete someone else's Comment, click on the Comment once and select the grey trash can. You can't make adjustments to the user's Comment title.
