Admins will now have the ability to hide recordings from the platform. Call Archiving is highly customizable and available to clients that need to meet legal or industry requirements.
Navigate to the Archiving section within the Build tab and select Create New Archiving Profile to set archiving rules for your account. Name the profile and archive calls automatically after certain amounts of days. The following exceptions are also available for older calls that you would like to remain in the platform.
- Retention, if call is added to the Library
- Retention, if call is Shared (internally or externally)
- Retention, if call has Annotations
Click Save when you are finished setting your parameters.
