The Library is comprised of customizable folders that you have created to house recordings you have identified as important and want easy access to.
There are two ways to add Library tags:
Adding Tag From the Call Card
While in a recording, click on the Library button on the Action Panel. Do a quick search for the Library tag(s) you'd like to add the call to. Once you've added the Library tag(s) you've wanted for this call, click the blue checkmark and your LIbrary tag(s) will be saved. When finished, the calls you have tagged will be located in the Library Tab for you to access.
Adding Tag From the Library
To add a tag from a library you'll need to go to the Library tab.
*if you have admin access to the Library you should see a 'manage' button
Scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up and you should see all of the tags associated with your Library. To add a tag, search for the word/phrase you want to add. Once you've added all the tags you want to be associated with your Library click the blue Create/Update Library button.
