You can see your available seats and how your active licenses are being allocated across different teams from the Teams section within the settings tab.
Creating New Teams
Select New Team to create a net new team. A pop-up will appear that will allow you to add the department, team name and manager. You won't be able to save unless a manager is specified. This is to ensure that team metrics are as accurate as possible.
Creating New Departments
Select New Department to create a net new department. A pop-up will appear that will allow you to add a department name. Click Create when finished.
Edit Existing Teams
Hover over to the Team Name under department to make edits to team structure. A pop-up similar to adding net new teams will appear. This will allow you to change the department the team is under, rename the existing team and assign a manager to the specific team.
Click into the number under Active Users to get a drilled-down view of all the reps within that team.
Select the Manage icon to move a team to a different department or delete the team entirely.
Two seats will always be attributed to our ExecVision Support team, which will increase your active licenses count by two. You are NOT paying for these two seats - this is how we are able to support troubleshooting, conduct demos and complete oAuth base integrations.
