Narrow down your Library search by using the Search functionality to find calls. The search options include:
Library: search for a specific library at a time. The drop-down includes Libraries that you have access to, whether from your own creation or libraries that have been shared to you, your team or department.
Caller: search for a specific user's calls that are available in the Library. Multiple callers can be selected for the search. If the Library and Tagged with fields are being selected alongside the Caller field, the search filters will all have to match to yield results.

The search parameters can be found on the right-corner of the search. The name of the account is designed as a breadcrumb to go back to the Library home page. The name of the Library tab can be adjusted in our database - reach out to your Customer Success Manager to change the name.
Play calls, review feedback and search for relevant tags within the Call Card. Hover over the tag to see who added the call to the Library and the date the call was added. Only the user that added the call originally and users who have delete tag permissions for the specific Library can remove a tag. Click the trash icon to remove the tag. Removing all tags removes the call from the Library.
Browse Library organizes the Library into three sections by performing a general search for all calls. These sections include:
Most recently used tags: the most recently used tags in MM/DD/YYYY format.
Most commonly used tags: the most commonly used tags listed from most to less frequent.
Your library subscriptions: the list of libraries that have been created or shared to an individual user.
Select Manage to edit the Name, Purpose or Sharing permissions if available. The manage button only appears for users that have created the library folder or who have been granted admin access to the library.
Click View Most Recently Added Calls in the top-right corner to see the latest calls that were added to Libraries.
