The Library is a repository of recordings that can be used for onboarding or training purposes. The idea behind libraries is to document and provide reps with access to an organization's "best calls" for replicating messaging and using techniques for own learning experience. All end users have the ability to create a library but can only share libraries if permissions are set by the admin in the Settings tab. Sharing permissions are based off of the end user's viewing permissions.
Click on the Library tab to access your view of Library folders.
Libraries includes the following sections:
1. Search and Browse Library: search for a specific library based off of name, caller or associated tags or browse mostly recently used tags, most commonly used tags and your library subscriptions.
2. Create Library: end users can create libraries and share if permissions allow.
