A user doesn't automatically receive a triggered welcome email when they are added to ExecVision. This is by design so admins have control on when welcome emails are sent out to their reps.
Hover over to Welcome Email on the left-hand side to access a list of users that need invites and reminder emails. All users that have not received a welcome email will be listed under Need Invites. You can send emails on a one-off user basis or click "Select All" to send them in bulk.
You can also send reminder emails for reps that have received the initial welcome email but haven't signed into the platform. Under Need Reminders, click on the user(s) that need reminders or click "Select All" to send them in bulk.
